Unfortunately, this is a part of our lives and home ownership in areas such as Key West and the Florida Keys. As part of our property management and Real Estate services, we offer Hurricane Preparation.

Island life has its share of stormy skies. Whatever the weather, we are on your side to help protect your home and property. From thunderstorms to hurricanes, Key West and the Florida Keys are vulnerable to dramatic weather. The right preparation can reduce the worry and even help prevent storm damage to your island home when the next storm blows into town.

We are building our reputation as a trusted home management and maintenance company by treating our customers’ homes as we do our own and providing convenience and services they can rely on.

If a hurricane is threatening, we stop all other work and focus on securing your home. We will plan with you, in advance, for the specific needs of your property. 

Following the storm, and as soon as we are permitted back on the islands, we will perform an inspection of your property and discuss with you any damage that has occurred. Depending on the severity of the storm, this may take several days. We will provide you with a timely quotation to repair any damages and will, as always, actively supervise the work.

**Be advised though, this service MUST be arranged ahead of Hurricane season.  Once we go into June no additional Clients will be taken for that year.
